Wonder how Man United will handle this. I chose not to listen to the audio that was out there, but have been told it was pretty damning, whether he's being prosecuted or not.
I doubt he'll return to the football pitch this season at least. He'll get abuse everywhere he goes and be a big distraction for a team that only recently parted ways with another media circus attracting player.
If their internal investigation is satisfied that the person on the audio is him and he is in all probability guilty of the offences he was charged with, they should cancel his contract. This being football though, they know he'll have a new club within a matter of days, if not hours.
