I was thinking exactly the same thing.
Not only have the owners taken a chance on an untried 2nd division (with crowds of 600) Portuguese coach, they also seem to have not done their due diligence on his 3 right hand men.
What a complete and utter clusterfek that would be !!
If that turns out to be the case, we’ll have gone overnight, from The Chuckle Bros, to The Laughing Stocks.

They won't be bringing in coaches from Portugal's second division so not applicable.

I've been under the opinion this whole time they won't. It's impossible to buy a player from the 2nd Portugese Division due to work permits so i fail to see how they thought they could get coaches in when the rules are even stricter for coaches than players.

I can honestly see Matos going before he’s properly started, unbelievably shambolic appointment that makes no sense whatsoever, anyone who thinks differently must be pi….d.

We can’t blame the club for the Brexit process. We can absolutely blame them for knowing that they’d have to go through this process and appointing somebody anyway.

Matos seems like a knowledgeable guy and I think he’s got the right idea, but no point bringing someone in without the tools to do the job.

Regardless of how this season goes, a Director of Football or Technical Director (whatever it’s called) needs to be brought in. Football decisions by football people.
