Max Watters

He looked decent when he came on. good first touch and quick with a bit of McBurnie about him . Made some good runs off the ball too which we lack at times.

Nah, not for me, he'd didn't have a left peg.

A big gamble at £1m that we shouldn’t make, if he goes there and is a successful purchase good for them but we don’t need to take that gamble.

If we paid £1m for him I would maybe raise an eyebrow. If we paid £2m for him I’d have a sharp intake of breath.

It's a big gamble at the price being quoted.
Its either going to end up being a superb signing or an absolute disaster, has to be the guy to take the pressure off Harris and that could be a big ask for the young lad.

Cardiff could be in serious sh!t if they spending this money on Watters on top of the massive fees involved in securing Harry Wilson, on top of the Sala case coming up.

Can’t help thinking Cardiff would be a poor move for him, might do okay off Moore’s knockdowns I suppose. Bit of a weird one though if they let Harris spend that kind of money. Might be a negotiating tactic.

Spending all this money on two strikers and they'll still finish below us and we don't have a senior striker.

All I can see is he's signing for Cardiff and is having a medical there tomorrow

i think they did originally print Swansea

Not that media outlets like to just make stuff up you know...

Cardiff beat us by paying a big loan for Wilson. Can't say that worked brilliantly for them. So Watters may well be the same.
