If RM ends up getting poached in the close season (I hope not but teams always look for our managers for some odd reason!) then I wouldn't be opposed to giving Carrick a chance for his first managerial gig. How much of his short run of results is down to new manager bump is debatable but Utd looked a different team compared to the end of Ole's reign.
