• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

As you would expect both Middlesbrough and Neil Warnock have been charged by the FA following the fall out from last weekend’s clash at the Liberty. The visitors were incensed by the award of a penalty to the Swans in the last minute of stoppage time as well as other decisions during the game, one of which saw what they felt was a perfectly legitimate equaliser ruled out in the second half. Players and management surrounded the referee at the final whistle and it has resulted...

That's the thing, it wasn't even a foul, just two players coming together, and, after receiving treatment, the Middlesbrough physio, in his wisdom, declared the player fit enough to carry on for another 10 minutes before he was eventually forced off. Perhaps that's why he's now unable to finish the season?

I looked for it too but couldn't find it on any of the highlight reels. My recollection was that the 2 players collided off the ball so if one of them got injured in the collision, it was just an accident. Just as unfortunate was the Luton player being knocked unconscious yesterday, that was nobody's fault either, these things happen in football matches as in any other sport where there's physical contact. It was just Warnock adding the Manning issue to his list of gripes at the officials because the poor dab's team had suffered a defeat so someone else had to be blamed.

According to Colin, our lads 'screamed blue murder' for the penalty and so we should have been charged as well.

I haven't watched the highlights, but from memory our players who were near the foul threw their arms up and shouted for the penalty. Same as happens in most football matches. I don't remember them doing anything like Colin's marching on the pitch and shouting at the ref (at half-time and full-time), which his players also did at full-time, but maybe I'm just forgetting that?

He's also keeping on with his idea that Manning 'deliberately kicked out' at Dijksteel, which nobody can find evidence of...

Here's a pic of Jake Bidwell screaming blue murder seconds after being poleaxed:-

And here's one of the Boro players not screaming blue murder in the ref's face:-

Thanks Karnataka, those are scandalous pictures. I'm shocked and appalled by this behaviour from our players and wish Colin Wanker all the best in his hearing.

A pic of his players around the referee after the foul on Fulton, claiming a penalty or goal would be an interesting counterpoint.

He is such a massive child.
