Picked up a point in the last minute at home to Sunderland, just goes to show in this league if you are well drilled and can take a chance you can climb the table.

Thought they were 2nd best against us but always looked like they could catch you with a sucker punch and did the same today against the league leaders.

Can they keep this up or will it catch up with them eventually?

If you take out the big boys then they are just the best of the very average rest. As we see regularly, string a few wins together and you can climb the table quickly. I think most folk thought that Luton would fold when they were in a similar position, and we all know what happened there.

We're 13 pts from the top, 7 from 6th and 4 from the 22nd place, if we finish the season in the same position and don't drop lower it'll be job done for me, and re group in the summer.

We have to be realistic as a club and know our place which is where we are, I'm not expecting a spending spree anytime soon, certainly not in January.

I thought Millwall were really poor down here and it was absolute daylight robbery they nicked the win, we were excellent but we just couldn't hit a barn door that day.

I don't see Millwall being in the shakeup come May, I'd be shocked.

I know he has no resale value, but watching Andre Gray score twice for Plymouth on Friday is just the type of striker we need in this team, if only for a season or two.
