I am absolutely stunned.
A young Swans fanatic with heart problems all his life who want into hospital for surgery yesterday and hasn’t made it.

I first met him in the Brangwyn Hall several years ago when Amy won the South Wales Evening Post Young Person Of The Year Award and he came second.
He came over to our table afterwards and was a chopsy little bugger but in a good way.

I don't know the lad, but it's heart breaking, I saw a post the other day on twitter that he was on his way for surgery.

And by the look, he was a well liked, and well loved young fella.
