Yes signed a 6 month contract with Oxford
Free agent now .
Following relegation Oxford will be watching their finances .
There is a good player there definately not a winger , he is an attacking midfielder .
We probably didn't see the best of him playing out of position .

My memories of MPH are that he is quite a big lad, fairly strong and reasonable in the air.
But unlike his initials he is not quick and poorly suited to play as a winger
Not sure how much he would thrive in a number 10 role, and it is where we hope to see the best of Walta next season

Oxford fans didn't rate him and have no interest in keeping him even for L1. Pompey fans said he was average or decent L1 player. As mentioned, he has no work rate for a Matos player.
