Not his finest match. I feel a bit sorry for him, as the midfield were statues ahead of him. But still, a professional footballer should be able to pass 5 yards.

A lot went wrong for that goal.

He should have been showing him the outside but he was certainly half hearted by the time he had fronted him up........Key made it difficult for Wood and Patino and Grimes created a scenario where Key sold himself.

Wood will be highlighted as he was the last action but the initial action by Grimes and Patino was dreadful, Key inverted in midfield getting caught out was nearly as bad.

As for Wood, his head was clearly not in it yesterday and clearly shouldn't have played.......him and the defence are not helped by our midfield shape which I think is a bigger issue than the defenders because they offer them little to no protection.
