They don’t need to find cannabis there to get a conviction, the police could look at an offence of conspiracy to produce a class b drug, or conspiracy to supply a class b drug. It carries the same penalty as the actual substantive offence.

Of course mate, I'm total anti drugs, I just think from reading the Wales Online report, the Police. have ferked this up. Like I said earlier, the serious crime squad, would be tamping with this, they definitely moved in to early, before observing.

This will have hit the people behind this in the pocket, a lot of money has gone in to this.
They’ll nick this guy, search his address (if he has one), interrogate his phone, look at his bank accounts etc etc seeking evidence in relation to what he’s up to. It’s far from a lost cause.
