I'm guessing no one here had paparazzi all over them while doing those things at that age, or representing a multi-billion pound company at the highest level. This isn't like someone on the tills at Tesco being caught doing drugs. On top of that, his job is all about fitness.

I agree he's 18 and naive...it must be difficult for people in his position to keep it all together when they are earning obscene amounts and have all of the fame and attention from the opposite sex that they want. He needs to be advised and counselled.

I think the situation is deeper than this one case...any talented footballer above the age of 16/17 (especially in the Premier League) have already 'made it'...hundreds of thousands of pounds a year, flash cars, people pandering to them...I can't blame them really if it goes to their heads.

Yeah, but you’re talking about Neville and you are right, I was passing comment on Greenwood.

As for the other comments, miserable bunch of old gits aren’t we? He’s a kid FFS, and if were honest it’s our elders that should be setting a good example. We’re a morally bankrupt nation run by despots and lunatics and all old the old guys want to do is harangue our youth.

I pity the youth of today and we have stolen their futures, let them have some fun FFS, and don’t let the envy of how much they earn ruin you.
