"Garreth Davies presented the club’s latest financial information and confirmed the imminent formal issue of new share certificates to reflect the recent settlement agreement."

So this isn't related to the CLN being converted then?

Andrew spoke about this on Twitter.

Marvellous, And ??? you're not telling us anything, that's just half a story ffs

It’s just to recognise the new structure after the trust settlement agreement. Nothing of any interest whatsoever.

Technically I thought they had to do it within 2 months (that used to be the case anyway) but in practice no one cares very much as companies house has the updated details anyway.

As an aside, if and when the CLN notes are converted I imagine we will have a massive song and dance about it not read about it in the Trust minutes.

Actually, in addition to my last post, I won’t have a clue if it’s in the Trust minutes for very much longer as I would rather throw a tenner into a drain than to the Trust come renewal time.

They have simply refused to answer questions (they answer different ones as they don’t understand the actual ones). A membership of nil might make people think.

They've killed the Trust and the concept of the Trust stone dead, Shocking.

Worry not Lisa. These are publicly available ;)

Always worth a read. As is the FB group, although I didn't think much of the justification for moving to 4pm meetings ... we never had any problem with getting guests to join the first part of the call with a 5.30pm start.

Going to be interesting to see membership levels next season, or whether they'll be published. Pretty clear they'll take a hit, although I know a few that will renew. I did note in a recent set of minutes that the Trust is pushing the club to recommend joining to the ST email database. Not sure that's a goer, or how it would be received.

Actually you’ve reminded me to call out the blatant lies on the FB page about the majority of the Trust Board being employed.
11 of them. 6 retired, 2 self employed, 2 in the States so don’t attend in person anyway and it’s less in the middle of their day, and 1 left who is listed as a consultant so may well be self employed anyway.

They have chosen the time so no one can join the board who is in full time employment in Swansea (or anywhere else in the U.K. for that matter).
The Trust Board seem to have taken strategy lessons from Boris et al.

Aye, it's a bit naughty.

I do wonder if the oft-mentioned Trust strategy questionnaire will go to members before August 1 or not.

Its totally wrong, they are there to act on behalf of the "FAN's" its not and shouldn't be made into a closed shop, they don't own it, but they way they seem to be looking at it, its as if they think they do, I'm not a member and haven't been one for longer than I can remember these days and it'll take a massive change of direction for me to return.

Season tickets should never include Trust Membership, that is a totally personal decision and it shouldn't be assumed that season ticket holders want to be Trust Member's, it gives a totally false impression.
It'll suit those on the now board though, who will no doubt say "look how well we are doing"

If they ever add the Swans Trust to a ST again, I'll request the £10 back.
Trust board sold out it's membership, by going against the wishes of the people who finance the whole concept
Even when it was free before, I paid the fee, having been in from the off.
Now, and it breaks my heart to say this, I won't pay any money to the Trust whatsoever- the present board have killed off something that was held up in Parliament as the way forward for British clubs and their ownership.
That's not forgivable and puts them in the same league as Dimwit, shagger, and the rest and I'm including Petty in the rest.

My £10 a year is now going to the RNLI or RAFBF as a little extra
