So I know for many this will be an early post, but we've already had the start of the league year and trading period start on the 12th March and then the combine and draft. But most importantly for me last night the schedule came out and tickets were released.

Anyone who read last season's thread may remember I was hoping to see them this year and thankfully the fixtures fell in such a way that I will be in Detroit when they play the Cleveland browns and I managed to get two tickets last night. I'm made up. Shocked at the price especially compared to sport over here but I can't see me getting over there again so now is the time!

The lions have a tough set of fixtures so will have a more difficult path to repeat the success of the last two seasons.

Well well - I actually live across the water from Detroit in Windsor Ontario - I literally look at downtown Detroit every day...if you fancy a pint while in town!
Lions tickets used to be cheap as chips - but the penalty of success is paying through the nose.
Optimistic for the Lions this year - BUT their schedule is absolutely brutal. Need way better luck with injuries than they had last year!
Enjoy the game - if you want recommendations for bars/tailgating etc. Give me a shout!

How much were the tickets? I paid £110 as a walk up for the game which secured them the NFC North in Jan’24. It’s a stunning sporting arena.

I’ll be back myself at some point in November so will also try and line up on dates.

£264 each!! And that's upper bowl behind the endzone. But the way I'm viewing it, is it's a once in a lifetime trip so I've justifying it that way!! Plenty of Lions fans on Reddit really bemoaning the uprise in ticket prices as the club have got more successful. Some referenced $16 tickets from a few years back!!

You cannot put a price on living the dream.

Are you doing a road trip, or am I mixing you up with someone else?
