That was a fair hit. If you told me we would have 11 wins at the start of December Id say you be trippin'... Its hard to believe. Vrabel, McDaniels, Doug Marrone was also a head coach. Coaching is everything. Half this team was here last season when they won 4 games.

Absolutely a fair hit. Too often you see running quarterbacks ease up as if they're about to step out of bounds, then they lunge forward for a few extra yards once the defenders have eased off, not wanting to draw a flag for hitting out of bounds. Mahomes is a master of it and it's extremely irritating.

Having said that, you'd expect your linemen to get involved when they see their QB go flying like that. Dart's an exciting player for the Giants, but seems likely to go the way of RGIII if he doesn't adjust his playing style.

How many of the Pats injured players are likely to be back for the playoffs?

Injuries are what makes me think the 49ers have little chance of a Superbowl run despite being 9-4 heading into their bye week. They've got Purdy, Pearsall and Kittle back, but Warner and Bosa are almost certainly done until next season, while who knows what's happening with Aiyuk. Hard to believe a team can win a Superbowl missing their number 1 WR, one of the top DE and the best LB in football.

Milton Williams and Will Campbell may both be back. It would be huge if they could be. Williams particularly has been incredible.
When Pats won their final S/B it was almost by default. They were 11-5 and the perception was they were done. Bellichick decided to play(old fashioned) Run heavy football in the playoffs and sometimes used 5 and even 6 DB sets. It really was a bonus win. They held the Rams to 3 points in the SB. That one was on Bellicheck rather than Brady.
