One negative of DAZNs version of gamepass. They dont use a totally authentic feed and use homegrown ads rather than the US adverts. Whilst the US ads can be repetitive, the "homer" ardds are agregious. I have watched the same ads 3 times in 5 mins now in the same order. After unexpected TOs it can get quite wearing. Be warned.

So the Titans made a change at H/C. Im not sure how I feel about that given that they are the Pats next opponent. Maye continues to grow. Vrable will be extra detrmined going back to his old stomping ground. Interesting times.

Given how bad NO appear to be, was that a decent win last night?

Scott Hansen said on Redzone that we'd be going to the Bucs/Niners game shortly for an injury update. I said out loud that not only will it definitely be a Niner, it will probably be Fred Warner with a season-ending injury given our luck. Balls.

Steelers doing ok and the rest of the division looks a bit shit.

Not a good night for the Lions. Injuries are telling in the secondary but it sounds like stupidity from Branch starting a fight. MNF against the Buccs before the bye will be important.

So, this is how I find out Callahan has been binned! I read your post and had to double take.

The timing is surprising, but not the sacking itself. Seemed like a dead man walking for a while. Yesterday was back to normal turgid business after the freak win at Arizona. We are just devoid of offence right now, just awful.

I wouldn't worry about Sunday's game. There's nobody here who can put together a decent offence in the next few days, and Vrabel is after the owner's blood and she's still here, so I expect the same carnage as if Callahan was here.

CAm Ward looked good for the 1st half. Things got ugly in the 2nd half though. I got so used to emotional trauma on Sundays that Im not quite sure what to do now the Pats appear to have turned a corner. Maye amazing again and now some Wrs who appeared to draft busts are now proudcing consistently.

Even though the Chiefs seem out of sorts, I figured the Raiders' woes are several degrees greater, and so it proved. 31-0. I can find no positives from this latest debacle.

I'm not one of those conspiracy theorists who think the Chiefs get favourable treatment from the refs because of the Mahomes and Taylor Swift factors, but they certainly get a lot of decisions go their way. Anytime it looked like the Raiders defense had made a stop, there'd be a flag to give the Chiefs a fresh set of downs. Wouldn't have changed the result, but still frustrating to watch.

You might even be spared the 'Vrabel Special' curse, as if that was going to happen, yesterday's game was as likely as any. The 'Vrabel Special' when he was in Tennessee was to smoke the Chiefs/Packers/Pats/Baltimore etc - usually on the road, and often more than one such result in a row, then play like the Jets or an injury decimated Dolphins playing the janitor at QB and lose by 20 points. After your win against the Bills, a lot of people in TN were banking on us winning yesterday's game by way of the Vrabel curse, but it looks like the voodoo is broken...
