• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Rightly so, immense spending by him, needs results sharpish, relegation would be sickening for forest.

Their transfer spending since promotion has been obscene and irresponsible. Of course the EPL will ignore it if they are not relegated. I wish them zero luck.

The farcical spending has been more of a hindrance than help to Steve Cooper almost totally out of his control. Those responsible need to be held to account when the inevitable happens

Again? He only just got a new contract.

Let me eat some shit here. I actually think he’s done pretty well with the hand he’s been dealt and he’s a decent chance with their home form of keeping them up. I’ve got respect for him now.

Hear, hear. Why so many called Swans fans, have to slag off every ex-manager, gawd knows.
He achieved 2 consecutive playoffs, without the backing of the owners.
If your going to slag off good ex managers, how about slagging off the not so good managers ie Russell Martin. He’s been given more money than Cooper, and we’re nearly fighting relegation after nearly 2 seasons in charge.

Thought he’d nick it today. Still all to play for.

Very annoying that Brennan Johnson was fit again, just as he was fit for their last game before the international break, but apparently not fit for Wales.

The new Ryan Giggs? Obviously not the new Ryan Giggs, but you know what I mean.

Even Giggs usually turned up for qualifiers, it was friendlies that Old Red Nose would keep him away from.

Page has admitted he should have insisted Johnson meet up with the squad to be assessed by Wales' physios and doctors. Hopefully he'll learn from that.

I was happy for Cooper before that, even though he proved me wrong! Now he can go fuck himself, the twat. He may have got us to the playoffs twice and got Forest promoted, but did he beat Cardiff 4 times in a row? Did he fuck.
