Before you write him off based on such sketchy figures, he's scored 4 league goals from only 9 league starts. All of this was when he was 19 years old or below. He didn't make a single league appearance last season and only 4 sub apperances the season before. He's a stab in the dark that's for sure, but hasn't been given a run of games to prove himself either.
 
Just for comparison purposes, Scott Sinclair had scored six goals in seventy two league appearances before joining us.
