• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

We should have got shot of him and Paterson. Their play totally matches their antics. Flaky. One good game in 5 maybe. It's just not enough. If they ever have another decent patch then sell as soon as possible.

Yep.

I’m never entirely sure why our social media team play up to him so much either. The guy is unbelievably immature for his age.

Hopefully we see less of Stropafemi in the weeks to come and more of Obafemi.
Remains to be seen though, in the meantime I feel like our balance is a lot better with Piroe up top and Cooper playing in the hole

If this is just Obafemi having a strop about not getting a transfer and not actually anything else going on in his life, then he's probably done enormous damage to his chances of getting a big transfer in the future.

His Southampton manager saw fit to criticise his attitude publicly and this will be a second mark against his name. Self-defeating behaviour.

If it is indeed something else going on in his life, then I hope he's getting the correct professional help. I have my doubts that's the reason though.

I like him as a player, but this season he’s been woeful. I think the international game (and goal) went to his head a little perhaps.
But yes, our balance is far better. Plus it gives our wide players more room. I don’t like two up top for that reason.

Not in the squad again tonight, obviously throwing his toys out of the pram. I’d not be bothered if I never saw him in a swans shirt again tbh.

Crying over a failed move to a rival championship side, Burnley ffs! He must really hate Swansea.

Aye, fuk him off in January, his attitude will see him playing out most of his career in L1 or worse...

Will just take one goal and a kiss of the badge and most will forgive him. If he has downed tools that is.

Yer right we put up with Leon Knight when he was performing. Consistently performing like Matt Grimes our captain is invaluable. Andre Ayew epitomised how a professional should perform and captained his country. The game has room for all characters provided they perform consistently.
