Old rugby photo - help to identify game and ref

Hi - I’m trying to find out the name of the referee and the match. Any help will be much appreciated. I can see Ian Jones of NZ and Bob Norster and Mike Teague of the Lions but can’t work out if it was the ‘93 tour?

Hmm. Perplexing.

I've hit a dead end. Norster's international career didn't extend beyond the late eighties so if this is indeed 1993 then that'd be, presumably, Bayfield.

The ref's shirt - it resembles that of a ladies college at Cambridge. I don't really understand - might he have taught there?

The referee is E Sklar (Argentina).
