No!Don't know if he was injured, but wasn't getting game time at Wigan recently. Can Vic Tomatoes turn him into a superstar?

Fulton 25 yarder suggests otherwise.Vic is good but he's not God.
That's exactly what I was thinking when I first read about his recall. Can't see Ollie starting too often but as a sub in our new style, could be effective. The drop in energy when Melker was subbed yesterday was astonishing and we instantly looked capable of losing the match. One of the main criticisms is that Cooper ran around like a headless chicken. I think that actually fits pretty well into Vic's development strategy. I realize that Cooper is on the older side, but he seems like exactly the kind of player that can be turned into a pressing menace who can spell others late in the game and help avoid the drop that we saw when Widell came off yesterday.
If he’s played for us & Wigan can he play for anyone else this season? Not the long term solution, but short term could be useful to keep the pressing tempo up if we’re looking to see out games for the remainder of the season.
Obviously, there’s the other possibility that he’s simply been brought back to be loaned/sold elsewhere as he’s not played that much at Wigan.
Which I suppose could be useful if we’re defending a lead late in a game.He was good at coming on with about 10-15 minutes to go and running his guts out chasing defenders down. He wasn't particularly good at anything else.
Good point. Is the 2 clubs rule in a season still a thing? If he’s played for us & Wigan can he play for anyone else this season?
I think so but he only played in the League Cup against Crawley so don't know if that countsGood point. Is the 2 clubs rule in a season still a thing?
