• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

He must be eligible, other reliable Swans sites have said so. I saw it with my own eyes.

I'm not doubting it, just assumed it was tongue in cheek when he posted it.

I'd kind have liked to have believed that for someone at Pato's stage of career someone at the FAW would have been aware of it

I thought it was a joke from the start, but other Swans sites have said it is fact, I am sure they did their due diligence.

He will surely strengthen Wales squad. Will he start is the question . Who will Page drop.

I'm surprised Paterson left it so late in his career to speak up.

It is odd which is back to my initial assumption. Plus if he was eligible the way to let the FAW know is surely not via a tweet in reply to someone making a tongue in cheek comment.

I'm certainly not doubting it could have validity and I have no way of checking at all (other than knowing his grandad is not called Pogo  )

His granny was called 'stick' fact.

Other Swans sites will back me up on this.

Phil, I k ow you and Keith are great mates. Which I think is fantastic for the 2 sites. We are all in this together- following the Swans.

But I have to laugh this week when Loyal copies posts from here to there a few hours later, which includes, some joke threads. Then deletes / changes, without a mention of his cock up. Funny and sad at same time. Especially when promoting cutting edge journalism. Makes a mockery of it. Laughable. I am sure I will proven wrong, otherwise the whole better than thou is more embarrassing than ever.

I'm enjoying the scummer meltdown on twitter about him being potentially eligible. Lot of half hearted 'a poor man's Colwill' nonsense.

Getting the feeling Pato knows exactly what he's up to.....

The fact Pato can play for Wales, makes it all the more enjoyable..
