• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

10 pints of Carling, game of Bingo with the lads, then cross the road to The Curry Centre Max, that was my Sunday night right thecan't think of the re 25 years ago! 💪💥

I used to love the Cwmfelin Club back in the day, Ken the the car park, did you ever meet willie randall? I think he was a relation of ken the car park, what a snooker player he was,.. I'm going back to the days now when colin lucas, roger varney, and georgie saunders were playing regular, can't think of the other name Grr

Saying that, after rereading I think we are talking mid 80's, when I used to go there..

15 plus years after my time there Jaxs, we had a few laughs with the Mayhill, Townhill lads, but it was Albright, Welsh Bitter and Worthington E in those days

No J123, I got married in 83 and I don't think I'd been there since about 79/80 good times in the main, barring a few and far between silly incidents mostly of which I avoided thankfully.
