• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Having a round down there on Friday, anyone played? Heard good things.

You'll love it . The weather looks set fair.
Enjoy.
I often have a breakfast in the nearby Three Cliffs coffe shop attached to Pennard Stores which is in Southgate

Until the age of 5, I used to play there when I lived in Pennard. Not golf of course, just play :D

I'll sample that breakfast Dicky! Good man.

I played it many times in my younger days but haven’t been down there for years: That said the natural lumps and bumps of the course won’t have changed which can cause havoc with ball run off, so take a few balls with you. If it’s blustery then take even more balls. Lovely course, nice club house, superb views. Have a good whack.

Just my opinion but The Lookout on the corner is even better and you don’t have the long wait usually experienced in Pennard Stores coffee shop. Try it sometime, you’ll enjoy it.

Never played the course even though I live right next to it. Clyne was my course until back issues put paid to my golfing ‘career’.

Played about 8 years ago when the fairways were scorched. Couldn't see the ball on them half the time. Cracking course, stunning views.

I'm too poor a golfer to ever set foot on that course.

I prefer The Lookout too. It's dog friendly 'n'all.

I know what you mean. I think we paid about £12 as part of the Society of James Braid Golf Courses along with Langland. Morgan's also had a £49 per room b&b deal. A cheap golf weekend.

Why does Hannah look so gorgeous, man? I guess I’ve fallen in love with her. Btw, her look made me remember Serena Williams. A few days ago, I watched the documentary about her again. Have you seen it, guys? Btw, do you know any documentaries about golf players? I’ve not found any that would grab my attention. So I’d be really grateful for your advice.
