Gary Neville on Bein Sports with Andy Gray,Richard Keys and John Terry ranting about FIFA and Infantino.

Is it me or what?

It doesn't help his credibility certainly, being out there taking Bein Sports' money. As other have said after his HIGNFY appearance, all he needed to do was announce his entire pay cheque for the gig was going to appropriate charities. I can't imagine he's desperate for the cash.

Still, I'd rather him dig out FIFA and Infantino (as pretty much every other pundit is doing also) than suck up to them.

Branding people hypocrites is the best argument the wankers have these days (not aimed at you in this case Daz, as I think you're correct in Neville's case) to deflect from the actual issues being raised.

I concur my friend.

What a fine trio of upstanding men for Neville to be with. 🙄
How any of them are still working in broadcasting is unbelievable.

Well being serious they’ve had to leave the UK to work.

 working where it’s ok to behave as they did. :?

Richard Keys is always keen to tell people how much he loves it over there and how much better it is than working for Sky. Not that he's bitter or anything...

Only person missing in that line up is Chopra.
Youd have a right nap hand of cvnts.

Marina Hyde makes a very good point though. It's not just FIFA. They are simply someone to shelter behind and take the heat off people that don't really want to rock the boat.

How far do you take this? People shouldn’t fly from Heathrow? Stop banking with Barclays? Where is the line?

To me this stinks of the “well if you care so much about immigrants, put them up in your house” argument that gets trotted out.

Its laughable they're all out there earning major big bucks and yet you had Linekar, Shearer and Alex Scott pipping up about the injustices that goes on out there, yet they're out there, if the felt that strongly they wouldn't have gone.

We're all watching the games though, so we are all hypocrites.

Well said my dear friend.

Why wouldn't they go out there, they are doing their job. And two of those that you mention are a massive thorn in the side of Qatar, the way they are calling them out on the Tv and on their social media accounts. Don't underestimate the power of famous people and their social media activities.

Now, if the football associations got together and done a boycott, that would really send a message out. Don't send teams, and don't report on it. But we are where we are now.

I would have fully supported Wales, England, Netherlands (and the other couple of teams) if they had defied FIFA and worn the One Love armbands. Then if the ref booked the captains, the captains lead the teams off the pitch and refuse to play. But I fully understand that for the players this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to play in a World Cup.

" But I fully understand that for the players this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to play in a World Cup"

And that's the crux of things right there.
