If he had been watching the kids, he would have been dead before the police got to him.

The travellers have all said that is an area where their kids play, not that the kids were there.

Nevertheless, you can't go having a Thomas the Tank whilst out and about on the streets.

They went to his house to get him and his own wife called the police which saved him from what I was told by a Thomas St resident earlier.
