Pitch invaders attacking players

This is happening increasingly more often in recent seasons, at this rate surely its only a matter of time before the security nets and fences are brought back in. I know that after Hillsborough they were removed across Europe but its only a matter of time before a player does get a serious injury as a result of these Neanderthals

We had a few pitch invaders during our spell in the top flight. When I questioned this (along the same lines as you), I was shouted down and the activity of those invaders was described as "bants" and "pashun" by the usual suspects.

Lucky she didn't get to the Yeovil keeper that night down the Liberty, could have been chaos :shock:
