Agree with this. I see little point in sending him to a bottom half League 2 side, instead it’s right to test him at a level below where we are now in terms of quality, stature and expectation. If the loan comes off then I hope it provides him with the impetus for a career boost.

Would be good to get him out on loan somewhere, he's not getting any game time here and he's not at the required level yet either.

If he gets game time there it's definitely a good move for him, not sure he will at a top half league 1 team though.
Hope I'm wrong but I haven't seen anything from him so far.

Will be a step down from our first team but a step up from the u23s - exactly the right place for him at the moment in my opinion.
He is a finisher as we saw during his time under Cooper last season, but he needs to work on how he is involved in the play outside of the box a lot more.
