How it can NOT be against their terms and conditions is beyond me.

The sooner that Twitter and its like either get shut down or forced to authenticate accounts with personal information the better. While it won't change the attitudes of Neanderthals like this one it will at least not give them a platform to do so under the protection of online anonymity.
