Improving the calibre of player recruited - higher wages
Increasing the infrastructure for re-academy upgrade, possible move towards Cat 1
Increasing the amount of hospitality on offer on matchday. Renting out hotels / restaurants in the city

If 50m investment comes in it doesnt mean the value of the club shoots up 50m. At least I dont think it does.

However, if they buy the stadium something like that would increase the value of the club as the club will then come with real estate to any future buyer

Buying the stadium is essential. A long term investment, but definitely worth it. No immediate returns though

Simple maths:if (big if) it’s worth £160m after a £50m fund raise then it was worth £110m before.

Bloomberg have obviously seen some kind of fund raising document, which would be super interesting to see and would, presumably, explain to the potential investors why the club is worth £ xxx.

I’m a natural sceptic of these things but there is a lot of hot money sloshing around for far-out investment ideas (AI) and this is bobbins by comparison.

if we rebranded as SwanseAI City we would be rolling in the money
