• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I am not understanding the process for getting a refund on the two season tickets I have. What do i need to do?

Does anyone have an email address for the ticket offce?

I think you just login here

How have people found this process? Personally it's been very tricky.

It was a pain linking my son's season ticket to mine. Fiddled for ten minutes before getting it right.

My ticketing linked account wasn’t mine apparently! It belonged to someone who didn’t have a season ticket so I was having trouble getting a refund on something the club didn’t think I had.

A few exchanged emails between me and Denise in the ticket office and she sorted it very efficiently.

My wife is having the streams and apparently I am allowed to watch her stream if I am a good boy.

She neglected to mention that she is getting her stream from a specialist site in Amsterdam...

I opted for a refund, with a heavy heart. It wasn't too difficult - I clicked on the "click here" link from the email I was sent (https://login.swanseacity.com/), and after logging in, then logging in again (it always does this for me) I managed successfully. I also emailed the ticket office (ticketoffice@liberty-stadium.com) because I wrongly believed you could claim a full refund, and couldn't see the option. The ticket office responded, also that the club had also maintained that the club had taken a "hit" as well as the fans (this was the main reason I mentioned to them why I wanted a refund).

What has dismayed me is that everyone except the players and senior coaching staff seems to have taken a hit. I felt the same last season, but the added bonus of the 50% discount against a ST if we were to be promoted cunningly swayed me. The existing package didn't. Poor business decision, by Birch oddly, in my view.
