For me it would be a ‘No’ as if he stays fit & we can add a striker we have a good shot at the top 6 but I can see the club - with no match money for at least 6 months - talking at that level & if we could nudge that up towards £20M plus sell on clause they will say yes.

A close friend of mine is an Irons ST holder and was a very happy bunny this morning when I spoke to him, and anyway, he knows one of their scouts and he told me several times last season that WH had been watching Rodon's development for some time and were really impressed with his early season form alongside vdH. It was expected that they would put a bid in during the summer until everything went a bit pear shaped.

I think it may well happen for around £15 million. I would hope for some add-ons and a sell on clause at the very least.
It would keep the club afloat for some time and signing a loan centre back wouldn't be the end of the world with Guehi and Cabango playing well, as good as Rodon has been so far.
