Not normal mail though? I’ve never had mail on a Sunday. Is it just parcels and tracked items that may be delivered on a Sunday?
It's a service offered now mate, if you send something via Tracked24 or Special Delivery its guaranteed next day, so if you send it Saturday it will be delivered on the Sunday
You have to pay through the nose for it though mind ...

Nice one, tell you what mind, I sent a letter the other day, not special delivery, just first class signed for, forget the price now, but it was over 3 quid, more or less double the price of a first class stamp, only reason did it that way, just to make sure the company received it. Kept checking the tracking, and it was still saying it’s at the post office, it still was showing at the post office even when I had a confirmation text from the company.

Must admit, felt slightly ripped off, I know it’s only a quid or so extra, talked to the postmaster about it, he just more or less said first class signed for is not good, has to be special delivery next day.
