If it is going to cost the club to carry out modifications (I haven't read the article, but I'm guessing handrails to be put up) then i don't see the point of doing it.

I may be wrong on this front but I seem to recall it being written after one of the fans forums that we werent going to progress down this route (it may even have been in trust minutes)

I don't want to stand but I'm forced to because it's the only way that I can see the match after the man in front of me (who might be Neath_Jack) stands up. I'm speaking as someone who mainly goes to away matches. And if I'm being forced to stand, I'd much rather it was in a purpose-designed space without a seat behind me to give me a little bit more room
It is definitely the time to bring in safe standing.
