One for fans of music documentaries tonight

It follows Bruce Dickinson and his band who were smuggled into the besieged city of Sarajevo in 1994, where they played a secret concert for its citizens during the Bosnian war

Is that Tattooed Millionaire or later? I always liked Tattooed Millionaire as an album. Years since I listened to it mind. Have to do so again.

5 or so years later, Skunkworks era. I believe welshman Chris Dale was in the band at this point who IIRC Itchy knows

Tattooed Millionaire is my least favourite solo album TBH, that or Balls to Picasso

It’s the only one of his solo records I’ve listened to if I’m honest and I always enjoyed it. I’ll give the others a go.

They get progressively heavier as he refound his love for metal

You probably know this but Tattooed Millionaire is about Nikki Sixx

If Monty hates it it’s probably a pretty sound recommendation.

It sounds like a Nickelback album before Nickelback were even a thing

Cracking documentary.

That Major Morris seems like a bit of a loon.

Enjoyed that, excellent documentary.

That Bruce came across very well, not your typical scruffy, angsty, thicko mosher.

No. He's a bit of a renaissance man is Bruce. Very bright bloke. Got his fingers in more pies than Mr. Kipling. A few musicians have a dabble at flying. Most stop before they get as far as a 747.
