Season 23/24 | The Official Match Thread | Swansea City vs Ipswich Town | The EFL Championship

Leicester 2-0 down at home

Shows what can happen to the top teams if people actually try...

How cant a pro footballer cross into the box, answers on a post card please

We can't get Darling back quick enough so we can hook Cabango
We will always struggle to get results when we are playing two or three passengers in the starting lineup every game

Yes sorry I did add a superflous word to the statement
I would be fascinated to see just how many goals Cabango is at fault for in a league table compared with other defenders. I suspect he would be pretty high up that particular table

If he was just a passenger it would be bad enough, but he is a liabilty. So is Wood.

At least we are still in the game goals wise. LW has a chance to rescue this with the right subs.

The passengers in this game for me are Yates (despite his goal) and Cooper.
I agree that Cabango is a liability rather than a passenger

In my eyes we need to make a double change at half time.
Yates > Kukharevych
Cooper > Placheta
Shift Paterson inside rather than on the flank

LW’s Notts County team conceded loads of goals as well, so this is likely a feature not a bug of his style of play. At County he had the players to score more at the other end, but…he’s not been able to get that side of things working here yet. He needs to pretty sharpish…
