• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Ref is doing fuck all to protect the players, they have been kicking us off the pitch since the 1st minute and have caused two injuries already

A dreadful first half of football fair play, we've finally found a team to play that's worse than us.

Just got to win. There’s no fluidity at all. We still look like an uncoached rabble with the ball. Not sure where our actual threat is meant to come from.

If nothing were to change between now and May this has to be the bottom two.

The injury to Ginnelly is a kick in the nuts, he had their left back on toast and the way it was going it was a red card waiting to happen.
Yates has looked sharp though since he replaced him.

The ref has been shocking, the booking for Patino who had less than a second to get out of the way of a free kick was ridiculous. They have been flying into tackles all game and have already injured two of our players - neither foul of which was given a booking.

That was a ridiculous booking for Patino - he couldn't get out of the way even though he was moving backward and had the ball licked at him. Their defender should have been on a red for the second foul on Ginelly and there have been a lot of fouls that have gone unpunished by the ref but have been given against us. I am happy with the effort though it looks scrappy and the ref has been the problem.
If Cullen hadnt been so quick Yates would have hit the ball in the net and we would have had the goal that was disallowed.
