Steaming pile of crap so far. 70% of the ball and no idea what to do with it. Usual tactics of Grimes deepest man and Key losing the ball in dangerous positions. A Hull/Pompey/Soton performance again so far, but thankfully they aren’t good enough to take advantage. I wouldn't say they're playing better football, but they've got a lot more purpose about them. They actually seem to know what they want to do, whilst we're doing our usual thing of listlessly passing the ball about hoping for a gap to open.

First 15 mins - a total nothingness of a game.

Second 15 mins - they couldn't get the ball off us (but we didn't look remotely threatening)

Last 15 mins - exactly the sort of game they want it to be. Scrappy, sloppy, us giving them loads of stupid cheap free kicks to pump down our throats.

If the last 15 mins of the game continues into the second half we'll come away with nothing. It's been pretty pathetic.

Oh and Joe Allen is way off the pace, it's so sad to see it. Shouldn't be playing. Not in a game like this anyway.
