Season 24/25 | The Official Match Thread | Derby County 1 Swansea City 2 | The EFL Championship

Try Bianchini on the wing instead of MPH, Cullen behind Vipotnik up top.

A lot of games coming up against sides around us and mostly below us, starting on Wednesday. It will be interesting to see where we are at by the end of January.
Yep.
Can't be losing this one tho pal. Table tight as it is, lose tonight and big pressure back on for Pompey game.

They can't play Jerry Yates because he's on loan from us, and they don't have a recognised striker available because of injuries. Now that we've got scoring goals out of our system I'll predict 0 - 1 to the Swans.

Somebody made a good shout about playing Pedersen at LB if he's match fit and pushing Tymon further forward... equally we play Naughton at RB and push Key forward. Either option would give us some structure and a last third threat..

Can't see it though apart from Abdulai playing on the wing and Fulton starting for Allen.

The left back situatiion i agree with if you went with the right back senario that would mean dropping Ronald .. not a popular decision

Key right wing and Ronald on the left, with Naughton or Christie coming in. To be honest either Key or Tymon would be an improvement on MPH/Abdulai on the wing - I'm easy with whichever one we play higher up but think we've got better options at RB rather than having to play Pederson who's never really done much in a Swans shirt.

Would prefer Bianchini to get a start than pushing a fullback up though - I know he's been more effective through the middle but we need much better on the wings that we've had recently.

He wasn’t even a Luke Williams signing he was brought to him by Watson, says it all.
There are no ‘Luke Williams’ signings are there? He’s the coach and, like Duff, he’s there to coach what he’s given by his data obsessed spreadsheet driven betters, like Watson and Coleman.

The data sheet has us 15th in the table and 8 points off the playoffs.. fair play it's working wonders.. and the fans are lapping it up with Williams.. Fairplay the defence was premier league against Leeds.. they're all saying the data driven approach is producing premier league numbers though and in fairwood they're all believing they're premier league players.. Allen was, Naughton was, about 10 years ago.. the others I don't know what they're sniffing.. the Prem is a different sport lads, if you're willing to put your fullback in inverted midfield against Leeds (who would be battling to stay up in the prem).. they'll punish you, Man City can do it like, because they're on a different planet, because they were born to play football.. honestly it's deluded down fairwood.. Derby are pretty sh*te to be fair, so we've got a chance, because everyone in this division don't know what they're doing either

My only data driven observation is we most of the time play too slow.. does that qualify me for an iPad and a seat next to KOL?...
