• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

They have been dreadful all season but I still wouldn't be surprised if they sneak into the playoffs.

I’m nervous about this one. Especially after last weekend. My predictions until we play Sunderland are looking shaky I was hoping for wins against Pompey, Luton & Plymouth giving us the confidence to go into the Sunderland game with BIG confidence and the a nice run into the new year.

We played well against Portsmouth (second half at least) but their keeper and the woodwork kept us out. Really need to finish teams like that off early and not have to respond to being 2 goals down.

I wonder what the odds are of this one getting postponed what with the storm. Anyone heard?

Can't see it being called off.

That part of the country isn't impacted by the wind and rain by the looks of it

Hmmmm 50mph wind at 3pm in Luton tomorrow. It's already pretty breezy here in Orpington too

Let people make their own minds up.

Can't go calling things off, just incase of this and that.

Safe travels all. If you're up early enough get yourselves down to Chicken George in Hitchin. Decent pint and top grade fried chicken
