• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Yes, the new/current ones, Coleman and the other charlatans.

They only bought remaining shares, we need a complete reset top to bottom.

But you lot are always saying that we’re improving. Nothing ever changes.
Your like a broken record mate, let's see how the new owners get going before burning them at the stake aye...

Same old shite, we are a mediocre team on the pitch, and a mediocre club off of it.

Depressing times to be a Swans fan.
Even worse to support your shower son. Riza sacked in feb?

Oh, one other thing. Did the ref lose his feckin cards? How many fouls was he prepared to tolerate from Luton before booking someone? That fecker Krauss brought down Tymon three times in a minute in the second half, as well as numerous other fouls, and got away scot free. Whatever happened to a yellow for persistent fouling?

Horrible club aren't they. Imagine watching that shite every week. Beyond me how their manager got so many plaudits last year. Lower league clogger

Can I also point out there was a blatant pen at the end and for some reason the ref just ignored it.

We should have more than a couple of draws from the last two but, then again, how we got all three at Derby remains a mystery. It’s the Championship and we best try to not overreact to success or adversity. We’re a solid mid table Championship team. It could be worse.

Don’t count me in ā€œyou lotā€. I don’t think we’re improving. We’ve been getting weaker year on year.

I have some major concerns over Coleman. We he had a shocking season last year under his stewardship: appointed a manager completely unsuited; terrible summer recruitment and not much better in January, etc. I hope he wasn’t the brains behind that debacle, otherwise you’re probably right.

The ā€˜new’ owners deserve a crack of the whip though. I don’t know how much leeway Coleman got under Levien and Kaplan. Now the buck stops with him, so there can be no excuses.

Or you could give Coleman some credit for being the driving force behind ousting the two parasites behind all our problems during their ownership.

And appointing williams who will be good for us. And for signing players like Franco and vig

What does he mean by ""you lot"?
Bit of an odd thing to say don't you think šŸ¤”

Absolutely.

It's easier for some people to focus on the negative.
