It's becoming really difficult not to give him the job (to state the bleeding obvious). He deserves a full season in charge.

He shown that he is willing to actually set up the team tactically for the opposition. I mean that's crazy to hear myself say that. That should be 101, but we have had constant managers who have 1 style only. Get another few wins and he will get it.
