Russell is a winner.He's shite
Absolutely notOk answer this.... If Williams had much better players could he not only manage them better but also show us his tactical skills?
Did he wear a flat cap like a wannabe peaky blinder by any chance?Assessment from my Milly mate.
Swansea were all bark and no bite. Lots of fancy play, but no finish. I had a feeling if we scored we'd win, but we left it late. Lot's of disenchanted fans amongst your lot after the game. I got some stick and banter from a couple of lads in the car park after the game (I was on my own), and I kind of made it worse when I mentioned that Cardiff had beaten us so that probably means they're a better team than Swansea (sorry, but I couldn't resist it).

He’s not hard, he’s a 60 bearded beanpole. Not sure about the flat cap mind…Did he wear a flat cap like a wannabe peaky blinder by any chance?
It must be "a thing" with the Milllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll hard lads nowadays
Good for him, hope he enjoyed his dayHe’s not hard, he’s a 60 bearded beanpole. Not sure about the flat cap mind…
Russell is shite and Williams is shiteRussell is a winner.
Williams is a loser. All day.
We got to get rid and get a forwards coach to drive us forwards (not a coach driver like Luke Williams who’s driving us in reverse)
Get Trunds, Curt, Bony, Dobbers to get the best out of all we got upfront. Like what Brighton does.
We got Margetson who fixed our defence.
It’s a simple obvious fix. Something Williams is too simple to fix.
Apology accepted and my apologies for getting wound up too. I agree that too many people believe that after our PL experience we now have an entitlement. We most certainly don't. Like yourself I have seen more years in the old Divisions 3 and 4 than in the top table. I personally didn't enjoy the PL after the first 3 years much as there is no chance of success. The League Cup and Europe was an enjoyable side show. Williams is not the worst we've had. But I do think he could do a lot better despite our very average squad. I often feel Jacks are deluded. The amount of hate for Cooper who took us twice to the brink of the PL amazes me. I sometimes think that we need relegation to lose our owners and regroup. However, it could have the opposite effect. It's a sticky situation but we're used to it over the years. All the best, we'll no doubt debate again sometimeIm so sorry for coming across as puous and condescending.
I agree everyone is entitled to their opinion.
My issue is too.many speak without understanding and sometimes i let my emotions run away.
Too many are writing off Williams because of his association with the fraud
Anyone sensible watching today could see Williams was trying to do something different
Had someone told me back in 1985 we would be a mid table second tier club I would have bitten their arm off...we have no righr to be in the PL and yes wouldnt it be great to be there again BUT in reality we dont have the resources as a club.
We had thw chance of a European adventure but the then chairman allowed himself to ve swayed by the likes of Monk to sack Luadrup....mainly because he saw thay the chances.of a sale were being reduced due to our league performances.....
Williams is trying...the football is better than.we saw under Martin despite a.pioorer quality squad...bit then thats my opinion
I get your points but, my point being, it's hardly the doldrums of reapplying for reelection on crowds under 2000 or having to win our last game of the season to stay in the Football League. The present owners can quite easily take us back there the way they're carrying on mind.Personally, I think we are right back in the doldrums. It's the worst vibe at the club since pre-Brian Flynn.
Fans are bickering amongst themselves. The team is dismal (regardless of who you think is to blame). Our owners are 4,000 miles away and have been here perhaps a dozen times in coming up to 9 years, they can't be arsed. They've installed an absolute muppet to run the club. The catering in the stadium is a joke, I went to order crisps for my boy today but I couldn't, because the screen didn't say which type of flavour was which. When I went up to the counter they said they couldn't help, I had to order at the screen. Farcical. It's been well documented the Swans TV offering is a third-world shambles. The Trust is dead.
About the only thing left that we've got going for us is that somehow, despite all this, we're still a Championship club - but for how much longer?
If all of this isn't a return to the doldrums then I dread to think what is...

It wouldn't surprise me to see Coleman pack his bags at the end of the season. What's the opposite to the Midas touch?Point taken.
I agree we haven't bottomed out to those levels yet - but things are definitely not rosy in the garden, put it that way.
