• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Practically sold out today, bloody love it
Team has to show up and put a shift in. If anything and as fickle as this is, the team needs to convince the casuals why you should continue to come to games. For me and as odd as this sounds, I feel this and QPR will be Sheehans biggest tests. Can he get the team to turn up and show why he should have the job and further convince the board.

Identical weather to when we played em down the vetch end of season and it proper kicked off.
Anyone recall ?

So:

Feelgood factor about the club
An elite global superstar joining the ownership group
Top of the form table
Big bank holiday crowd
Strong team

...I think we all know where I'm going with this........ 🤪

At first I was delighted to see McLaughlin lining up for Hull then I realised it wasn’t our calamitous excuse of a footballer McLaughlin :D

Can't string two passes together and 0-2 defeat. If the sun was shining it would be a cert. I still remember home to Rotherham. As it's so miserable though, I'll go for Swans 3, Tigers (grrr) 1.

Strange to see keepers from both sides in the same colour kit
