• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

These are bad, tbh. They'll probably spawn a goal and just shut up shop.

Vigs and Dario’s hoof ‘distribution’ need a lot of work.

Need a rethink in the final third. More driving and shooting from the edge of the box.

Half time thoughts:

McLaughlin very lucky to not get sent off, he was an accident waiting to happen and unfortunately his manager saw it too and hooked him after 35 mins. Ronald had him on toast and you know he was just one more foul away from seeing red.

Ref bottled it when the foul on Ronald after he pinched it off him was a clear yellow, he had almost the whole of the other half of the pitch to run into and it was as tactical a foul as you will ever see.

Our tempo and intensity has been superb, the final ball not quite there and you can see why Widell as an attacking midfielder will be such a big deal for us next season. When we are getting to the 18 yard box its always going wide and then relying on a perfect cross at the moment

We have a beautiful balance of:
- short and long
- intricate triangles
- pace and then slowing it down
- intent
- hunting in packs
- clever set-pieces

Our talented squad is clearly, finally Unleashed and showing us all what we've been deprived of since MArtinWillywang
But will the quorum allow AS to stay?

Vipotnik tucks the penalty low and hard into the corner
Hull will be fuming the pen was given though

Oh, that looks unlucky. VIP ballsed that up. Good pen though.
