Good to see Ronald back to how he was when he first joined us… using his pace and direct running to cause fullbacks all sorts of problems.

Yes, his final delivery still needs a lot of work but he still causes carnage, winning free kick and after free kick.
Agree. One thing he needs is composure. Something lacking in the whole team. Eom, Franco, VP, Key, etc all don't compose themselves enough when on goal. I would like to think it's down to the league and first season. But we are screaming out for a quality number 10.

Also about making the right pass decisions. An example when LOB raced into the box and shot from a tight angle where he could have put Eom through, another was when Eom shot when a square pass to Vip was a shoe in goal.

But if he had composure and final product more often then he certainly wouldn’t be playing for us in the championship

Yes and no. Yes, he/they could move onto a bigger club eventually if became more consistent. Those who are inconsistent are championship players, like the team.

I think sometimes we forget players are not fixed in time and space (except Grimes, almost literally, but that's another story). Vip needs to improve his game if he wants to progress and get an upwards move.

Our crossing has been woeful all season, Ronald included. Then he put in that perfect cross for O'Brien to open the scoring against Plymouth and for one game only, they seemed like they had cracked it!

It is categorically not handball but I have sympathy with the ref, as it looks absolutely nailed on at full speed. Even knowing it wasn't a pen, it still looks like handball on first view
I have listened to several different commentators on the highlights and in fairness ALL of them said that is surely handball. I have plenty of sympathy for the ref for getting that one wrong based on his position and the fact that all the comms also thought it was a nailed on handball before the replays.

Doesn't mean he wasn't a shocking ref who bottled all the other major decisions though
