• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

The Bristol game is on the red button tomorrow and I'm trying to find out if it's possible to record it.

I've looked through the Sky forums but can't find anything helpful.

I have SkyQ if anyone knows the answer.

You can't record from red button and have never been able to, as far as I know.

Usually, when you press the record button while the programme is selected, a pop-up will appear allowing you to select the game you want to record Our game doesn’t seem to be available for selection yet. It should be there nearer the time.

I’ve recorded red button games in the past.

That's kind of what I thought but on the other hand (and as a few on the Sky forums have said) I'm sure there was a time when you could but I read that it's all changed now that the red button service is delivered over the internet connection rather than the dish

Interesting Lib, thank you. I'll have a gander tomorrow. Mrs L is working till 1.30 and is gutted to be missing the game. We have become quite adept at recording matches when we can, we just need to adopt radio silence during the live broadcast and watch the recording "as live" when we can.

You can’t rewind a red button game while watching it. So I set it to record and play the recording form about 5 seconds back from the end of the recording (to Stop it running into the end of the recording). Then you can rewind and see if anyone punches the ball out of the area, for example.😉

Probably didn’t explain that well

Dicky, I think you need to download the Sky Sports app to your phone/tablet and then you can

You need to go on Sky Sports App not Sky Sports Score App.

A few minutes before the game starts it come up as an option to watch in a big red banner.
