• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

This is absolutely incredible. And to think, we got paid to see him leave. And the announcers are pulling up his presser quotes and tearing them apart all the while.

And any of the sheep who were following that narcissist, you need to question a lot about yourselves. He was a fraud who was bailed out by Joel Piroe.

5 pages and counting dedicated to slagging off a manager who twice finished comfortably mid-table while he was here, despite the loss of parachute payments, inheriting a patchy squad, and having to deal with the Chuckle Brothers and their nonsense on an almost daily basis.

Oh, and he's been gone from the club well over 18 months now.

Absolutely mental.

Dont have the energy to go through your history to see you defending him even after he left... Just put on a dunce cap and sit in the corner

It'll be interesting to see what Southampton do next. Burnley were just as bad under Kompany last season, stupidly easy to play against, shooting themselves in the foot every week. But they stuck with him. (God knows why mind).

Surely Southampton can't do the same though. They are now 9 points off Leicester in 17th. If they don't pull the trigger after this match they will not only definitely go down, but the state they're in they will give Derby's 11 point record low a fair go.
