Put someone on the far post at corner. Now there’s a novel idea for the specialist.

Not to be pedantic but I am pretty sure both goals were near post goals?

We have kept 1 clean sheet (Cardiff with 10 men) in almost 2 months since we beat Hull . Absolutely not good enough and won't get anywhere in this division with a defence like that.

Thought the second was a flicked header that could have been blocked on the far post. Memory may be playing tricks Baka.

Do we have one?
Or are we looking for someone who understands what a set piece is?

Sh1te defending at corners, sh1te taking them as well.
Although Mclean lobbed in 2 gorgeous corners for their 2 goals, but to be caught twice within a few minutes?
Awful defending for the 2nd and questionable for the 1st.
Free kicks aren't much better.
Throw-ins? Really close to a foul throw with some of the basketball passes we seem to call a throw in.

If Sousa (a defender) could coach us to defend set pieces, why can't Martin (a defender)?

‘Set piece’ ha ha, best time to put the kettle on or go to the bathroom. Deluded.
