It might not be Saturday, it might not be until New manager comes in, but I am excited about possibly seeing players now being played in their natural positions. And even a tweak information?

Vip? - Up Front
Eom? - Number 10
Bianchini? - Wing
Ronald? - Wing
Franco/O Brien/Allen? - MidField
Darling/Cabango/Delcroix? - Defence
Choose: Parker - Key - Tymon - Tjoe - Naughton -????
Goal - Vig

Subs To Bring On:

Cooper
Govea
Ginnelly
Cullen
Mclaughli
More Under 21 Players

For me it should be:
Vig
Key Cabango Delcroix Tymon
Franco O'Brien
Bianchini Cullen Ronald
Vip

Eom looks absolutely petrified of the ball when I have watched him. There was a player in there when he joined us but he has gone downhill massively. Hopefully, he will start moving towards his potential now that he doesn't have someone in the dugout who scolds him for passing forward. If he does, then i'd put him in Cullen's spot.

Ginelly is a winger
Ginnelly has played both number 10 and left wing in his career.

In fact when he was signed for us a big part of his selling point was his ability to arrive late into the box and get on the end of chances.

The fact is that the club does not have a natural number 10 until the summer when Widell comes back from his loan.

Cullen? Stiker
Ginnelly? Winger
Eom? Winger
Franco? Central midfielder

Let’s hope it goes back to the right shaped peg in the right shaped hole, combined with the avoidance of playing the football equivalent of painting by numbers. Eom and Ronald get some stick, whoever comes in needs to take them back to the basics of their natural position. Eom is part of the South Korea international set up, he can’t be naturally garbage despite our best efforts of developing him towards that level.

Agree with Bianchini on the wing (not wing back). The boy is rapid.
We can’t continue with 3 centre halves and I include Grimes in that. It’s a horrible formation that leaves us short in attack, short in the press and we don’t have the wingbacks to play it.
Bianchini on the wing, Cooper behind Big Vip.

Let's not forget, whoever comes in might not play with wingers.
Did Sheehan play a back 4 when he was caretaker last season?

I'd like to see a 4-3-3

Vig

Key Cabango Delcroix Tymon

Franco O'Brien Eom

Bianchini Vip Ronnie

Franco sitting deep. Eom at #10. There's no shortage of work rate from Bianchini or Ronald either, so they should be able to do the same kind of job that Nathan Dyer used to in terms of covering the fullback.

Let's not forget, whoever comes in might not play with wingers.
Did Sheehan play a back 4 when he was caretaker last season?
The next appointment has to be one that utilises the current squad depth with the option of strengthening in the summer.

The last thing we need to do is now get rid of any width when we have spent the last 18 months adding width to the team.

Whoever the new manager is, or Sheehan in the interim, I hope they play Franco for 90 mins & in consecutive matches.
Williams was irrationally petrified of giving him 90 mins or starting him in back to back games.
