Summer Transfer Window

Fourteen goals and some want rid!! tell me, how many did our prolific strike force get between them?
10 goals and 4 assists. Cullen got 12 in all games for the Swans and two for Wales. If we could get £4 million for him I'd sell him too.

Think we're underselling him if we get less than £2.5m. Hasn't he scored double or close to double figures in each season he's played in the Championship?

Unless we’re planning on bringing anyone else in, I’d keep him. It’s going to cost a hell of a lot more to buy another back up to Vip.

He only has one year left on his contract, but if there's a bidding war we might get £2 million for him.

He's a backup to Cullen not Vipotnik. I would like us to get money in for Yates and Cullen and get a quality number 9 in, plus a backup (Will Evans would do nicely).

Problem is his "gifts" offer nothing other than some streaks of finishing where he scores a couple of times and then the guns fall silent.
He has a huge track record of scoring 8-12 goals from open play in a full season, with a couple of assists. While we enjoy this productivity - he has zero pace, zero physicality and zero anticipation (hides behind defenders). He can only hold the ball up when in acres of space because the slightest challenge results in him losing the ball.
He is (in short) a right footed Liam Cullen with inferior finishing.
I believe his mother speaks very highly of him.

Could we sign Jonny Evans for a season? Only played 6 games, but at 37 his defensive stats are still phenomenal. Could be perfect for bedding Low and Widdell in.

Makes 0 sense to keep him. 1 year left on contract, why risk losing at least 1 Million? Or we lose him next summer for nothing. He isn't going to suddenly be a regular starter. So if we keep him that means we might offer new contract or we risk trying to sell in January? Get rid now.

I agree, but the main reason I would give for selling him is that we have a very similar player in the building in Cullen. Neither Cullen nor Yates are 9s, and we should have better 10 options next season, so we should let at least one of them go, perhaps both if the money is right. If we get a million or a million and a half for Yates and £3.5 - 4 million for Cullen, £5 million should get us a decent up-and-coming 9.

Personally get rid of Yates, Cullen and Mykola (Though I would of liked to see more of him) Both Yates and Mykola on last year of contract and will go. Imagine we will get anything up to 1 Million for Yates, little less for Mykola and Cullen won't go but he won't go for as much as you said. Unless Wrexham or someone splash out
We won't get no more than 2 if lucky in my opinion. We need to stick with VP and look for a Gem and a Number 10.
